Overview

If you believe material available through HE Jev infringes your rights, identify the material and your claim so it can be reviewed.

Takedown Notice Requirements

Your notice must include the following information:

• Your full legal name and, if applicable, proof of agency authorization
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (URL or sufficient detail)
• Your contact information (email address and optional phone number)
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Counter Notice

If your material was removed by mistake, describe the removal and provide information that supports your request for review. Applicable law may impose further requirements.
