1. Acceptance of Terms
By using HE Jev, you agree to the applicable site terms and acknowledge the Privacy and Cookie policies. Paid features, if offered, will have additional terms at checkout.
2. Accounts
If you create an account, keep its credentials secure and report unauthorized access through an available contact channel.
3. Payments
No price, renewal period, or paid plan is published here. Any charge must be explained before you confirm a purchase.
4. Refunds
If a paid feature is offered, the purchase terms and Refund Policy explain the applicable cancellation and refund process.
5. Acceptable Use
Use HE Jev only for authorized, lawful tasks. Do not use browser automation to access third-party sites or content without permission. See AUP.
6. Intellectual Property & User Content
You retain rights in material you submit. If submission features are offered, you must have the rights needed for the service to process it for the task you request.
7. Disclaimer
JEV pages describe a model direction and illustrative workflows. They do not promise error-free decisions, autonomous execution, or a particular result.
8. Limitation of Liability
Any limitation of liability depends on the applicable contract and law. This page does not establish a fixed monetary cap for an unannounced paid service.
9. Indemnification
You are responsible for your own content and authorized use of third-party services, subject to applicable law.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
HEJEV is the legal operator of HE Jev. Any future paid-service terms will state their governing law and dispute process. Mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes will be dated here and communicated as required.
12. Language
English and Simplified Chinese versions are provided. Any controlling-language clause for a future paid contract will be stated with that contract.
